You may book online maximum 12 months, minimum 24 hours in advance, prior to your arrival pick up date. For last minute bookings which pick up time is less than 24 hours, we strongly recommend to contact us by phone for quick assistance and confirmation.

Yes, we require 20% down payment at the time of booking  by credit card/debit card or bank transfer to secure your price and reservation. You may pay the balance by bank transfer or at pick up by credit card/debit card. According to Turkish Law cash payment is not accepted for car rentals.

If you require any equipment such as baby/child/booster seats, GPS navigation, snow chains; we advise to order in advance during booking to enable us hold the equipment for you. You may buy others such as optional insurance, additional driver either during booking or at pick up.
