Drivers should provide a valid national or international driver's license held at least two years and minimum 23 years age for groups Economy to Wagon, 25 years of age and minimum 3 years of driver's licence for groups Standard and higher, 28+ years of age for groups Luxury or higher. If you are over 75 years old please inform us, age restrictions may apply in certain locations.

Minimum rental is 24 hours. Any rental period less than 24 hours also requires a whole day rate.

Rates include : Third Party Insurance (Up to legal limits), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Insurance, VAT 18 %, local taxes, oil, maintenance, 24 hours road assistance. Special rates and terms may apply for long term rentals (minimum 30 days)

Rates Exclude : Fuel, Personal insurance (PAI), one way rental fees (where applicable), optional extras ( additional drivers, infant/child seat, special equipment, optional insurances), parking fees, highway tolls, delivery & collection out of office city/airport limits, extra kilometer than the limit defined at the start of the rental, CDW excess when the damage is renter's fault depending on traffic report.

You pay minimum 20% of total rate at the time of booking and the rest at car pick up. If your arrival date is less than 3 days at the time of booking full payment may be required. Major credit cards Visa/Mastercard, bank transfer accepted for payment.

It is required to leave a security deposit to cover the insurance excess amounts (where applicable), fuel, extended rentals, traffic fines. To do so, a valid credit card with expiration date longer than 6 months at pick up in the name of the lead driver must be provided upon collection of the car. There should be  minimum 300.00 Euro limit available on credit card to hold as a form of deposit.
